Revised proposals on Member-Nominated Trustees 2

The Government has now published a revised consultation paper on proposed amendments to the requirements on member-nominated trustees. The revisions follow criticisms of its initial proposals published earlier this year.

Under the new proposals, all schemes (subject to limited exceptions) would need to have one third member-nominated trustees (or directors as appropriate).
