Conditions in the Letting Market are changing: tenants are pushing harder for and landlords may be accepting more flexible leasing terms. How much is this so? We have put together our own survey to try to find out. We have taken what from our experience we see as typical issues in lease negotiations in the current market conditions. Please let us know if these are letting terms which you (as landlord) offer now to your tenants as a matter of course (or, if you are tenants, you would expect to see offered to you) or, if these are terms which you would accept if, pushed to do so by a tenant (or, if you are a tenant you would expect your landlords to accept)? By contrast, please let us know how you would have seen the position this time last year.
