CMS is delighted to send you our first edition of The Verdict, an at-a-glance round-up of recent developments in relation to corporate crime.

CMS has corporate crime specialists across 25 jurisdictions, giving us truly international reach. Each edition of The Verdict combines short summaries of interesting developments in this area across our CMS network, as well as a more detailed look at a development in one particular jurisdiction.

In this edition, the spotlight is on the UK’s introduction of deferred prosecution agreements for corporate economic crime, with shorter updates from Austria, Croatia, France, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Ukraine.
