    Further to a joint call for information from FCA and PSR published in July 2024, the FS sets out feedback and next steps.  The regulators highlight competition issues and state that they will work closely with CMA to understand how any interventions to address competition between digital wallets (FCA/PRA’s response to CMA’s Invitation to Comment on its Strategic Market Status Investigation has been published alongside the FS.  FCA will seek to engage with HMT to consider operational resilience and perimeter issues as part of the review of the Payment Services Regulations and Electronic Money Regulations.  A table at paragraph 4.3 sets out all the potential issues and next steps in tabular format.
