    Slovenia enacts Act on Purchasers and Servicers of Non-Per­for­ming Loans

    On 24 February 2024, the Slovenian Act on Purchasers and Servicers of Non-Performing Loans of Banks (Zakon o kupcih in serviserjih nedonosnih kreditov bank) entered into force.
