TSC has launched a new enquiry which will consider whether the UK’s programme of economic sanctions is having the desired effect.  TSC will examine the work of OFSI and the implementation of financial sanctions against Russia by each part of the financial sector.  ToR have been published.  Responses are required by 28 March 2024.
