Fur­ther to its Credit Information Market Study final report, FCA notes that it expects the future Credit Reporting Governance Body to seek stakeholder input to progress and implement industry-led remedies.  Some industry stakeholders have sought FCA’s views on how to progress these ahead of the formation of the CRGB.  FCA has published these principles in response to these requests and has invited com­ments.

The Council has published text of the following: (i) Regulation on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing; (ii) Directive on the mechanisms to be put in place by Member States for the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing, amending the Whistleblowing Directive, and amending and repealing AMLD IV; (iii) Regulation establishing the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism and amending Regulations (EU) No 1093/2010, (EU) No 1094/2010 and (EU) No 1095/2010.
