This article was produced by Olswang LLP, which joined with CMS on 1 May 2017.

In these webinars, recorded by Olswang LLP on 6 February 2017 and 12 January 2017, we look at the new gender pay gap reporting obligations. The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 came into force on 6 April 2017. Employers caught by the requirements will have to make their first report by 4 April 2018 on relevant pay information in the applicable period leading up to and including the first "snapshot date" of 5 April 2017.

The second webinar considers what issues have been clarified by the ACAS and GEO guidance, what remains unresolved, and the practical approach an employer might consider taking in light of any remaining uncertainty.

The sessions are presented by various member of the Employment team including Partners Catherine Taylor and Gary Henderson, Legal Director Catherine Merry and Senior Associate Anita Wisby.
